After receiving you application our recruiting team will send you an acknowledgement.

Your documents will now be reviewed and analyzed by our recruiting experts. In a coordination process we select the candidates who will be invited to our assessment and inform the candidates about the way forward.

Self assessment
With the self assessment form we ask you to evaluate your personal and professional skills.
Online assessment center
During the online assessment center we will ask you to answer various question regarding general knowledge, mathematics, subject-related questions. The assessment center also includes a concentration and a German test. All in all the entire test will take two hours to complete.
Declaration of consent
To be able to suggest your profile to our clients, we need your agreement to process and exchange your personal data. Thus, we ask you to fill out the Declaration of consent form.
Telephone conversation
During the first telephone call we will present you the company Talentschmiede as an employer and ask you to present yourself, your previous experience as well as your career goals. Thereby we will get to know each other. The Interview mostly will be in German.

Telephone interview
Your assessments and the first telephone conversation will now be analysed and evaluated by the recruiting experts. If you have passed the first steps we invite you to a telephone interview with a member of our management team.
During this call we will go into more detail on the professional contents, the potential target position, your personal motivation as well as provide you with concrete information about the scope of activities.
Based on the final results the management team decides on the submission of an offer for an employment contract.


Personal interview

The personal interview will be with the management of Talentschmiede and perhaps even with representatives of our customers.
Depending on the project, the personal interview may be accompanied by an assessment center, which takes about three hours and is matched to the different career paths.
Based on the final results the management decides on the submission of a contract offer.

Contract offer
After all steps in the application process have been successfully completed and the candidate and the Talentschmiede are interested in a joint employment relationship, the Talentschmiede will submit an individual contract offer.

Contract review
In an interview candidates will have the opportunity to discuss the contents of the contract with the management of the Talentschmiede and desire to settle outstanding issues.

Signing the contract
If the contract is signed, we can welcome you as a new Talentschmiede employee.
